We’re excited to welcome you to our office! Below are key details to ensure a smooth and comfortable visit.

Travel from O’Hare

Follow signs for trains to the city (CTA Blue Line).
Purchase a single-ride fare from a Ventra Vending Machine or use your phone at the turnstile.
Trains depart every 5 to 10 minutes; take the train to the Washington stop.
Take the escalator to street level within Block 37 and exit at State/Washington.
Cross the street east toward Macy’s (the building with the large green clock).
Enter the building at 24 E Washington (this is the preferred accessible entrance).

Office & Building Access

Building Entry & Check-In

Please enter via the E. Washington Street entrance.
Have your ID or passport ready for check-in at the security desk.
Upon arrival, look for the AERIS check-in table in the lobby. If the table is not present, please check in directly at the security desk.

Temporary Pass & Office Access

A printed temporary pass will be issued at the security desk. This pass will allow access through the turnstiles but will not provide direct entry to our suite.
Take the designated elevator to the 13th floor. Upon arrival, proceed toward the clear glass doors and ring the bell on your right for entry.
Once inside, you will receive an Aeris guest badge for use throughout your visit. This badge will provide:
- Access to our office suite
- Access to the 14th-floor rooftop area
Please return your guest badge at the end of each day.

Workspace
Designated Partner Summit booths are available for your use during the event. These booths are intended for short meetings or business calls. Please use only the booths clearly labeled for the Partner Summit.

Building Amenities

14th Floor Rooftop
Accessible at all times, with the following services available:

Café Barista Hours: Tuesday–Thursday, 8 AM–3 PM
Bar Hours: Wednesday & Thursday, 4 PM–7 PM

Restrooms: Located outside the office suite. From the elevators, walk left and then turn right at the steps.
